At least they'd be off to a damn good start with that idea, hope springs eternal I guess. Indeed; I find myself hoping that if TRON is reasonably intelligent and well done, that could make a compelling third ingredient to the mix. I suppose that's hope upon hope, though. I just really want Neurom...

LOL awesome. Very funny.

I was loving the last season up until like the last 2 episodes, when it became obvious they wouldn't be able to answer certain things... Good show that just cracked a bit under its own weight.

But Jeff Fahey rules.

Johnny Mnenomic is unfortunately the low point for cyberpunk while The Matrix is arguably the pinnacle, if it falls somewhere in the middle I'll probably be well pleased. Ditto. At least we know that Gibson isn't writing the screenplay; as much as I love him, he's proven repeatedly that he just ...

I read a lot of Gibson's stuff and enjoyed it, but couldn't make it through The Difference Engine that he wrote with Sterling. Will be cool to see this movie, though may have to reread the book. I'm pretty damned sure I'll be shunned for saying this, but I thought Neuromancer was one of the most boring novels I've ever read. Took me all summer to get through it. Maybe the movie will make it interesting. I'm a raving, rabid fan of everything he's ever written (to varying degrees), but wi...

Just got to read the interview while scarfing down lunch at my desk - pretty funny. He's done a LOT of voice work! I thought this was hilarious, though: Billy [West] remembered this thing, that they put us on at seven o’clock, and they would show a promo for Futurama , “Seven PM, on FOX!” and the...

Wow! Fantastic. And not just because of Jeri Ryan - Haven't seen her in forever (since that hullaballoo about her pervy husband, I think)...

That's some fine indie filmmaking right there. Nice tip, Deth.

That went around my office yesterday... Some cool observations of gamer mentality and psychology in there, but I think the general idea is a bit pie-in-the-sky.
